| Here are some examples of the type work we can do.Work in Progress as of December 1, 2007: 1. DELTA CONSTRUCTION We are finishing up a new building for Gerards Bakery. 2. NEENAN We are finishing up a school addition in Weldona Colorado and starting a hospital expansion in Burlington Colorado 3. MCL CONSTRUCTION We finished up demolition and excavation of a new entry stairs and handicap ramp for the Arapahoe County Courthouse in Littleton Colorado 4. DENEUVE We are currently working on a 5 story multi family project in Denver downtown and a attached family project in downtown Boulder Colorado 5. COBURN We are helping finish a parking structure on Pearl Street in downtown Boulder Colorado 6. COLSON and COLSON This site is a 150 bed Senior housing project in Loveland Colorado that includes utilities and site grading as well as building excavation and backfill 8. MODIFERRI We are finishing up on an existing home that was lifted and an expanded new basement was added under the 100 year old home 9. FIRETECH We are replacing 50 position indicator valves for the fire system at the KMart distribution center in Brighton Colorado
Past Work Sites : A. We were awarded the job to install 2200 meter pits in the City of Longmont for the Longmont Water Department. This job requires us to cut in a meter pit and restore landscaping to the condition we found it when started. B. MCL Construction - A new Commercial Federal Bank in Englewood on South Broadway. We demolished 1/2 of the existing bank, rerouted water utilities and completed all site work for the new building. When the new bank was completed we will demolished the final 1/2 of the old bank building. C. MCL Construction - A new Commercial Federal Bank in Grand Junction. We were the site and utility contractor for this. D. Delta Construction from Fort Collins completed a new commercial building by the airport in Fort Collins. Young Liquor will occupy this unit. We did the complete site construction including over excavation and recompaction. E. Delta Construction also is building a manufacturing facility for Brayden Automotion. We are doing the site utilities and site grading as well as building excavation. F. MBI is remodeling and adding an addition to Ed Carroll's Audi Dealership in Fort Collins. We are the site and utility contractor. G. Serria Construction is building a new commercial building in Loveland. John Sargent is the project manager for this project. H. Beacon Builders have just completed a new commercial and residential development at the corner of 17th Ave and Hover Rd in Longmont. This site is 38 acres. We moved 80,000 cubic yards on site as well has imported 20,000 cubic yards of dirt. This included a Carl's Junior Hamburger Restaurant. I. Neenan constructed a Loft Project with underground parking in Louisville, CO. This included 25,000 cubic yards of export. The structure is 200,000 square feet and is from 4 to 22 feet deep in the side of a hill. We installed 900 lf of concrete storm pipe and have 4 new water service connections in a private drive.
J. We built 5 new Commercial Federal Bank sites for Meyers, Carlyle and Langley. They are based in Omaha, Nebraska and these bank sites are located from South Denver to Superior. K. The Chickasaw Nations improved a building they own in Fort Collin, CO and we have been awarded the exterior mechanical portion of the work. L. Tri-State Energy is constructed an electrical substation in Thornton, CO. We are doing the complete site grading, fill and structure excavation, as well as utility improvements. M. We completed 5 miles of Communication Fiber on Table Mesa for the Department of Commerce through MCDS, the General Contractor. N. Ault Homes has a residential site in Boulder that we removed the existing house, excavated for the new home, exported excess soil and reconnected the utilities. O. We replaced a septic system that had failed with a new infiltrator system and installed a sewage lift station. P. Hickman Construction built a home in Boulder and we dug up the existing 3/4" diameter water tap and enlarged it to 1" diameter for additional capacity. Q. Peak Properties has a Town home and single family housing project on South Hover Street in Longmont. The site started as a bare lot and we completed the utilities and paving. We are the excavation, utility service and grading contractor for them. This had been a 3 year project. R. Mortenson is added a building for Amgen and we did footing excavation and slab preparation work, as well as utility and parking lot construction. We had been on site for 16 months. S. W.A. Waffensmith constructed an electrical substation is Smokey Hills. We did the complete site grading, fill and structure excavation, as well as utility improvements. T. RK Mechanical is the General Contractor for a roof improvement project for the US Postal Processing Facility in Commerce City. We installed the roof drainage system piping under ground as designed. U. We removed Snyder's Jewelry Store for the installation of a breezeway in downtown Longmont so pedestrians could walk from a parking lot on Coffman Street to the stores on Main St. This was done for the City of Longmont Downtown Development Association. This demolition was difficult because it shared common walls with businesses on both sides. V. We excavated and backfilled for a dual wall water pipe containment system at StorageTeK in Louisville. We are the excavator of choice for StorageTek because of the care we exercise in excavating on their site. W. We excavated and backfilled for a primary transmission line supplying electrical power to a new building at IBM in Boulder. Including vaults and box culverts. This was a job for Sun Construction subcontracted thru Sturgeon Electric. X. We installed numerous fire protection water service lines from an existing water main in Main Street (US Highway 287) to businesses. Some of these were Miller Music, Longmont Treatment Center, Longmont Theater Company, Longmont Floor Covering, and other privately owned business. Y. 300 Homes with Excavation, backfill and utility service lines for the Clover Creek Pulte Home project in Longmont. This project was completed in 18 months. Z. We removed an explosion proof hazardous containment room from inside an existing building for Lucent Technologies. This had a pre stressed concrete floor system over a 4 foot crawlspace filled with chemical drainage piping. The room was a block walled, pre stressed roof system to contain any explosions. We also rerouted a 12" diameter fire protection water main inside one of their existing buildings.
OTHER JOBS We have completed numerous homes that have sold for 1 million plus. The excavation part of these projects mirrored many of the small commercial projects we have completed. Erdkamp Construction, Meadowlark Homes, and Redstone are a few of those builders that have contracted with us to complete their project.
